I had an excellent experience here from beginning to end. I arrived very early in the morning before JJ (Juan) was there, and Gustavo was immediately helpful and accommodating, allowing me to leave my car while I went to the gym. Once JJ arrived, he took care of the issue and had Gustavo replace the sensors. I really appreciated how they worked together and how comfortable they made the whole process. Gustavo was helpful from the moment I arrived and did the actual work on my car, while JJ made sure everything was properly taken care of. I also want to recognize the staff in the office. They were professional, efficient, and straightforward, which I really appreciated. Everyone I encountered treated me well and made what could have been a stressful car issue very easy to handle. Excellent service and genuinely good people. Thank you, JJ, Gustavo, and the entire team!

Really bad service. When I got there everybody ignoring me,so I when to the counter one of the guy who ignored me said he will take care of me, so I followed he and he ignored me again. I was standing there for 5 minutes so when the guy saw me that I was upset he told me he’s on lunch. I heard him telling another of the employees there to take care of me because I looked upset and wanted to get me out of his face. He said it in Spanish, he thought I didn’t speak Spanish, I was born and raised in Dominican Republic. I will make sure my wife and anybody I know get the service I got in this location.

Ordered tires from Tire Agent and sent them to be installed here. Price was very reasonable. They called me as soon as they received the tires and let me know I could come in whenever I was available. Everyone was friendly and the install took less than an hour.

Fast, friendly, and competent service. Huge shoutout to Jorge, who was knowledgeable and very efficient. And hat tip to Yondel at the desk for his calm reassurance.

Muy mala la experiencia la verdad, fui por una alineación me cobraron y me quedó el carro igual , lo peor que fui por que me lo recomendaron pésimo .no son muy honestos (Translated by Google) The experience was really bad, to be honest. This place has definitely went down south! No wonder I'm the only one there because is usually busy especially on the raining day . Back story one of my tire is acting up losing pressure so decided to go there , first thing show up kindly ask him to check the tires because it was losing pressure and he straight up give me attitude for no reason. I'm like fine maybe he had a bad day Took the tire off to check and came back said nothing wrong I'm like okay can you add the tire pressure because is not showing correctly and he told he did. So I'm like fine give had some tip for the work and guess what it's not enough! Just for check and add the pressure he was demanding $10 didn't patch or anything just add the tire pressure I'm fine start the car and it's still showing low pressure so I ask him again if he add the pressure because is still showing low pressure and he said he did. So I told him then why is still not showing the correct pressure! You know what he told me that's not my problem it's your car! You know your car! You damn right I know my car and it's telling me low pressuring I have to demand him to add the tire pressure in front of me to the right pressure after I already paid him and told him numerous of time! Lilke you open a tire shop and you don't know tire problem so why you open the shop and what I'm a paying for ??? Anyway just want to share the experience that I have with this shop you'll be warned what coming there plenty of other tire shop near by and actually try to help you and provide a SERVICE that you paid for ! And this it was a simple fix! I can't imagine if you bring your car with bigger problem might leave with even bigger problem!
